In these unprecedented times, bank boards are being held to the highest standards of conduct by shareholders, regulators and their customers. This is why staying on top of changing regulations and compliance issues is imperative – for even the best institutions. With this in mind, Bank Director created the Online Training Series designed to keep leaders up-to-date with the latest industry trends and regulations. With over 55 easy-to-access training videos presented by industry experts, we cover important topics such as the role of the board, risk management, key audit, compensation and governance issues, technology as well as advice on growing the bank. With new videos added annually, the content for the Online Training Series is organized into eight board-focused categories. Each course includes a foundational overview of the category.

The Online Training Series learning management platform allows you and your board to easily select the courses needed to suit each individual director and provides the user with a glossary of key banking and regulatory terms. In addition, once you have completed the series you can receive Bank Director’s Certification of Completion showing the regulators your bank believes in a strong board, strong bank philosophy.
