Mike Horrocks is vice president of product management at Baker Hill Solutions, LLC. He is a leader in the areas of strategic initiative consulting, execution, analysis and customer lifecycle solutions marketing. He guides the development of Baker Hill’s solutions to drive increased performance, profitability and realized market share gains across lending solutions, risk management and analytics.
With more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Mr. Horrocks possesses a unique and extensive blend of financial expertise, technology skills, process redesign abilities and reengineering management experience. His background has enabled him to create go-to-market strategies for new solutions, help clients convert strategies into revenue generating initiatives and forecast market direction. He has conducted thought leadership seminars as well as implemented a global web project management methodology for Baker Hill.
Previously, Mr. Horrocks served as Baker Hill’s vice president of marketing and director of client services.
