The Resource to Leaders of the Financial Industry
Bank Director is committed to providing the most timely and relevant ideas and information to a bank’s CEO, chairman, president, board committee chairs, outside directors and officers of the bank that support these positions. We do so through Bank Director magazine, BankDirector.com, exclusive conferences, various research reports, a comprehensive membership program and myriad social media channels.
What We Do
Since 1991, only Bank Director magazine consistently delivers the most timely and relevant information to a bank’s CEO, leadership team, chairs and members of the board. At a time when anyone can share unqualified ideas or information, our editorial team identifies key issues and emerging trends so our readers can focus on what’s really important and relevant as they run their institution.
Through our in person and virtual events, Bank Director brings together CEOs, CFOs, chairs of the board, general counsel, presidents, senior executives and board members of financial institutions, financial services firms and fintechs to navigate the ever-evolving business landscape.
Throughout the year, Bank Director asks officers and directors of financial institutions to share their thoughts on board-specific issues like M&A, compensation, managing risk, growth and strategic planning. Our reputation for qualified, independent research studies and data analysis provides a bank’s board members with unparalleled insight and information.
Updated daily with original articles, videos and research studies, BankDirector.com contains timely and insightful information on topics that range from organic growth to risk management; mergers & acquisition activity to new regulatory expectations; and technology trends to legal challenges.
In response to the mounting pressures placed on the banking community, Bank Director has created board resources that provide members of your board the necessary tools to stay on top of industry trends and regulatory updates.
Through Bank Director Plus we harness the combined expertise of industry professionals from diverse backgrounds to bring unmatched, personalized experiences and resources to your board and executive team.
