The Arizona Biltmore Resort is currently sold out. There is a discounted hotel room rate available for conference attendees at The Embassy until January 19, 2018 or until all rooms are reserved. For room availability, please contact the hotel directly at 602-955-3992 and mention “Bank Director” to receive the discounted rate of $239/night.  Rooms are limited, so please book early! 

There will be a shuttle service that runs from the Arizona Biltmore Resort to the Embassy Suites Biltmore during the conference. All Acquire or Be Acquired Conference attendees staying at the Embassy Suites Biltmore will be allowed to use the amenities, including the pools, at the Arizona Biltmore Resort.

Taxis, limousines, shuttles, buses and vans can be arranged to transport you from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Please contact the Resort Services desk at 602-955-6600, extension 7000 for rates and information.

From Sky Harbor Airport:

  • Exit airport using the 24th Street exit
  • Turn right on 24th Street heading North
  • Follow 24th Street for about 20 minutes
  • Make a right on Thunderbird Trail (2 streets North of Camelback Road)
  • Follow driveway to the Arizona Biltmore
