Why should have I attended the Bank Board Training Forum?
This was a must-attend event for a bank’s board. The forum brought together leading experts in compensation, risk management, corporate governance, regulation and strategic planning to provide attendees with both the foundational knowledge and the latest information on best practices in all of the critical areas that a director must understand.
How much did this conference cost and what did this fee cover?
The standard registration rate was $1,495; however, attendees contacted our conference department at 877-397-7595 for special early bird and group rates. This fee included all conference activities, materials and meals at the event site. This price did not include travel or hotel accommodations.

What if I had needed to cancel my reservation at the conference?
Due to commitments and expenses, all cancellations after January 22, 2015 were subject to a $150 processing fee. We regret that no refunds were given after February 12, 2015; however, substitute participants were welcomed. DirectorCorps, Inc. assumes no liability for any nonrefundable travel, hotel or related expenses incurred by registrants.
Where could I have found more hotel information?
The Bank Board Training Forum had a room block at the hotel where the event was held, The Hermitage Hotel, with discounted rates available for a limited time. To reserve rooms, attenddees contacted The Hermitage Hotel directly at 888-888-9414 and mentioned “Bank Director” to ensure they recieved the discounted rate. Could I have brought a guest?
Yes, we did have a guest program. The guest fee was $50 and included the evening cocktail reception. Guests’ could not attend sessions. If a guest wanted to attend a session, they had to register as an attendee. To register guests, attendees entered that information when completing their registration form or by calling 877-397-7595.
What was the recommended attire for the conference?
Business casual is recommended for all Bank Director events unless otherwise noted.
