Director Certification Workshop

Bank Director’s Certification Program includes two courses, the Director Certification Workshop is Course II of the program curriculum. The program provides participants with a thorough grounding in corporate governance, leadership skills, management best practices and financial strategies that strengthen and enhance overall performance.

Workshop Sessions Include:

• Governance Review
• CyberSecurity Tabletop Exercise
• Setting Your Bank’s Risk Appetite
• Financial Strategy & Metrics
• Skills Metrics: Aligning Bank Board & Executive Leadership for the Future

Upon completion of the Director Certification Workshop, participants continue their learning at Bank Director’s Bank Board Forum the following day. Attending designated, in person sessions of the Bank Board Forum are required to complete the certification program.
