Aaron Juda is CFO of Forbright, Inc., parent company of Forbright Bank. Mr. Juda joined Forbright as chief strategy officer through its acquisition of Alliance Partners, which is the asset manager for the BancAlliance network.

Prior to joining Forbright and Alliance Partners, Mr. Juda was a vice president in investment banking at Barclays, where he advised financial institutions on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising activities.

Evan Matzen is the director of sustainable finance at The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. Mr. Matzen is responsible for PNC’s ESG advisory services for the debt capital markets’ sustainable finance products, as well as supporting the growth of sustainable finance products throughout the bank. He joined PNC through the BBVA USA acquisition, where he was the director of sustainability and ESG risk management, responsible for the creation of retail and commercial financial products and services that supported BBVA’s €100 billion climate action and inclusive growth ambitions.

Prior to this role, Mr. Matzen was director of corporate citizenship for BBVA USA, where he managed the community giving, employee giving and employee volunteerism programs, the BBVA Foundation and charity and the community advisory board, as well as BBVA’s social impact programs including the Center for Financial Education, Momentum and Diversity & Inclusion programs.

Nitin Mhatre is president and CEO of Berkshire Hills Bancorp, where he joined in January 2021. Mr. Mhatre was previously executive vice president, community banking at Webster Bank, where he was a member of Webster Bank’s executive team and led its consumer and business banking businesses.

Prior to joining Webster, Mr. Mhatre spent more than 13 years at Citi Group in various leadership roles across consumer-related businesses globally. Mr. Mhatre served on the board of the Consumer Bankers Association headquartered in Washington D.C. since 2014 and was chairman of the board from 2019 to 2020. He also serves on the board of Junior Achievement of Southwest New England headquartered in Hartford, CT.

Kristi Eberhardt is the managing director and head of sustainable finance at The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. She helps clients embed their decarbonization and social justice objectives within bank products. Ms. Eberhardt signed the Green Bond Principles on behalf of PNC in 2016 and is a founding member and co-chair of PNC’s sustainable finance working group. She oversees PNC’s 5 year $20 billion environmental finance pledge that was announced in 2021. She advised PNC on its inaugural Green Bond issuance in 2019 and social bond issuance in 2021, co-authoring each of those bond frameworks.

Prior to joining The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc., Ms. Eberhardt spent 10 years at Huntington Capital Corp. where she structured both taxable and tax-exempt variable rate debt and also focused on the securitization, private placement and mezzanine financing of commercial real estate.
