Beth Corum is the chief operating officer at Capital City Bank, a $4.3 billion dollar financial institution headquartered in Tallahassee, FL {NASDAQ:CCBG}. Ms. Corum serves as liaison to the compensation and governance committees of the CCBG board of directors.

Under Ms. Corum’s leadership, Capital City Bank has been recognized as a Best Place to Work by Florida Trend magazine annually since 2012 and a Best Bank to Work for by the American Banker annually since 2013. Capital City Bank has been recognized for its client-focused and compassionate associate response to Hurricanes Irma & Michael, powerful hurricanes impacting more than 90% of Capital City Bank’s franchise; as well as the COVID-19 pandemic.

Active in the community, Ms. Corum was honored with the Julian V. Smith Community Service Award from Capital City Bank Group and was selected as Tallahassee’s 2019 Woman of the Year by Tallahassee Woman magazine. She was also recently recognized with a Pinnacle Award from 850 Business Magazine.

Don Hileman is the executive chairman at Premier Financial Corp. Prior to this role, Mr. Hileman served as CEO of Premier Financial Corp. and Premier Bank and on the Premier Financial Corp. board (formerly First Federal Bank of the Midwest and First Defiance Financial Corp.) since January 1, 2014.

Mr. Hileman served as the CFO of First Federal Bank and First Defiance Financial Corp. and the CEO of First Insurance Group. He has worked in the financial services industry for more than 40 years. Prior to joining the company in 2007, he served as a corporate controller with Sky Financial Group, Inc., a $19 billion financial services holding company. He served as a community bank CFO and has held various positions in banking.

Jackie Wall is the Vice President for Bank Director. As the primary point of contact for boards participating in Bank Director’s annual membership program, she is responsible for leading new member education and training efforts. In addition, Jackie works closely with boards and CEOs on developing, analyzing and initiating board performance surveys.

Prior to joining Bank Director, Jackie worked as an Account Manager at Chatter Buzz Media, a digital marketing agency in Orlando, Florida. Jackie received her bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication from Millersville University.
