Heather Eastep is a partner at Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP. Ms. Eastep’s practice focuses on corporate and regulatory representation of small to large regional and national financial institution franchises. She has counseled institutions on M&A transactions, as well as provided representation on securities offerings, capital planning and corporate restructuring. She also advises financial institutions and financial service providers on emerging regulatory and compliance issues, mostly recently related to high-risk customers and fintech opportunities. Mr. Nowicki joined Treasury Prime from BankProv where he was senior vice president of deposit and product development where he built and grew programs in new markets like crypto currency and BaaS partnerships. Prior to joining BankProv, he spent 5 years at Radius Bank (acquired by LendingClub) in various roles including leading the strategic partnership and micro-to-small business lines.

During his time at Quontic, he was recognized as American Banker’s Digital Banker of the Year and played a key role in creating the foundation that led to Quontic being named Forbes’ #1 Digital Bank in 2022. At NYDIG, he was responsible for the organization’s partnerships with core provider companies such as Alkami, Fiserv, FIS, Q2, NCR and Jack Henry. By interacting with nearly 1,100 financial institutions throughout his career, Mr. Sells has extensive experience in vendor management, fintech partnerships, digital transformation, banking innovation and risk management.

Prior to Bank Director, Lexie worked at KeyBank as a Licensed Relationship Manager after completing Key’s Retail Management Associate program. Lexie graduated from the University of Washington with a bachelor’s degree in Business.
