Wendy Cai-Lee is the founder and CEO of Piermont Bank, a digital commercial bank. As a successful serial entrepreneur and banking executive, Ms. Cai-Lee has over 27 years of experience in financial services, banking and startup.

Prior to building Piermont, Ms. Cai-Lee was an executive vice president at East West Bank, responsible for its commercial and consumer businesses. Ms. Cai-Lee was named “Digital Banker of the Year” in 2022 and an honoree of “The Most Powerful Women in Banking to Watch” by American Banker. She is a member of New York State Department of Financial Services’ charter advisory board and CDFI/MDI council. Ms. Cai-Lee is an emeritus member of the board of friends of UNFPA. She serves on the dean’s advisory board at Douglass College.

Jeffery Kendall is the CEO and chair of the board of Nymbus.  He has spent the last 20 years developing new technologies and building organizations focused on innovation in the banking, retail and healthcare industries.  He leads Nymbus in its approach to helping banks and credit unions grow by breaking through barriers of legacy technology.  Under his leadership, Nymbus is disrupting the digital banking market at a time when financial institutions need strong partnership to empower them to compete and survive.

Mr. Kendall is a respected leader who believes digital is not a destination but the journey critical to survival for banks and credit unions.  His passion is helping them on that journey.

Mr. Kendall is experienced at scaling high-growth companies, most notably Kony DBX, where he served as the general manager of this rapid growth fintech. 

Krista Snelling is president and CEO of Santa Cruz County Bank. Ms. Snelling joined in March 2021, bringing 25 years of expertise to the role, including serving as COO and CFO of Five Star Bank.

Ms. Snelling is a frequent guest lecturer at the Eberhardt School of Business at the University of the Pacific and guest lecturer at University of California Santa Cruz for the economics department. She is a 2022 Silicon Valley Business Journal Woman of Influence and was recognized as a CFO of the Year and as a “Woman Who Means Business” by theSacramento Business Journal. She received the Nancy Hotchkiss Woman of Impact Award by Commercial Real Estate Women. Ms. Snelling serves on the board of directors of the Western Bankers Association, Monterey Bay Economic Partnership, Santa Cruz County Bank and on the executive advisory council of University of the Pacific’s Eberhardt School of Business.

Michelle King is president of Bank Director and FinXTech. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the strategy and financial performance of the company. Michelle joined Bank Director in 2011. She is focused on leading the company’s business development, bank services efforts, marketing, public relations and branding. This includes efforts to reach senior bank executives and board members along with corporate clients and prospective clients. In addition, she frequently meets with CEOs, chairs of the board, c-level executives and members of the board to provide services and support to these officers and directors. Michelle is a member of the Bank Director board and serves on the Executive Committee.
